Casting

Using IMR gravity casting machines from Italy,

which are unparalleled when it comes to achieving construction quality.

IMR machines are used by almost all top manufacturers around the world.

 Machining

All faucets are gone through a rough machining process, 

which others may don't do.

Peeling off the rough surface to make polishing easier and get a smooth,shiny effect.

The special customized machine can do 8pcs faucets at one time.

PHASE 4

Polishing

The rough casting is polished by hand, to ensure that 

the surface has an impressive shine, all flat surfaces and edges are polished manually.

PHASE 5

Plating

The brass faucet are placed in an electrolyctic immersion bath.

In one of the most modern plating systems, the faucets now receive a brilliantly shiny chrom layer that ensures long lasting durability.

It bathes in several electrolytic baths for up to an hour.

PHASE 6

Quality Test

Independent quality control tems look at faucet after every satage of manufacture.

From brass foundation to the polished products to the final assembly,

anything that failes the test is promtly sent back.

Assembling

A faucet comprises almost 30 individual components.

The specialized workers assemble all part together.

Function test

Each faucet is tested during production includes water test, gas test, pressure test. Moreover, 

do the blasting test and salt spray test for sampling inspection of each batch.
